Mitch delivered exceptional customer service going above, beyond and out if his way for me. He listened to what my needs were and delivered. I asked for a bow to be on the car when I picked it up and instead of just one there were three bows. I dont think I could have asked for a better sales consultant. The rest of the team were also great to deal with and I felt very comfortable around each member. I wasn't buying the most expensive car but I definitely felt like a highly valued customer and would recommend Kia Toowong and their team to anyone looking for a new car.
