  Before applying for a position at Doug Disher Real Estate I previewed their Google Reviews and I was impressed with the great reviews. I applied for the position and I landed the job. It has been a long time since I have felt so comfortable in a new job from Day 1 and I get to work with a great team of dedicated professionals who know their job and all get on so well, I look forward to coming to work every day. Thanks Doug for my forever job. .

  I just wanted to pass on some feedback. People are always quick to do so when the service is bad, but never do enough when the service is good.
  
  From the moment we meet the agent at another property to her suggesting we look at where we signed a lease agreement, right up to now, whilst the guys here looking at the A/C units (lodged problem the day before), everything has been an absolute smooth process, pleasure and response times amazing.
  
  Personally, as a renter in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane... I’ve never experienced this and to date. Your landlords are very lucky and whoever owns your agency should be very proud!

  Excellent establishment and professional staff. Painless lease process. Always quick to respond to queries and concerns. Especially, Ivy Chen and Charlotte Young, never failed to respond to, and address my concerns. I always felt that my lease was managed by capable hands at Doug Disher!

  Tania Gillespie was my Property Manager for my unit at St Lucia. We met several times and mostly connected by email. I found that she's a profesional in her jobs and a nice person as well. She made everything easy for us as tenants. I wish nothing but the best for Doug Disher.

  Over the years, I have bought and sold about eleven properties in Queensland and currently own two units with wonderful long-term tenants. Whilst writing my memoir,I needed a quiet place to write, so rented a tiny unit through Doug Disher Real Estate, Toowong, Brisbane. I have had some horrible experiences with Real Estate agents, but never as bad as the way appalling treatment which I received from Doug Disher. The property was filthy, unsafe and ongoing maintenance issues were never addressed. I only rented it, at $300.00 a week because there was nothing else available quiet and close by my family. As a renter, I was treated as a second-class citizen with no respect what so-ever. Despite leaving the premises cleaner than what I found them, including the outdoors etc. I was accused otherwise and charged for maintenance by tradesman that I did not incur. Doug-Disher refused to refund my bond, so I went to the R.T.A., who despite knowing from all the evidence that I was not in the wrong, were not able to resolve the issue. I had no choice but to proceed to court, where, of course, I won my case. I got the distinct impression that Doug Disher were in a habit of doing this with this particular owner and that they had gotten away with it in the past because no-one had challenged them on it. It didn't work with me because I had the time, money, and knowledge of my rights to pursue the case. Elderly people or people from overseas would not have fared so well. So I strongly suggest that people stay away from Doug-Disher if they don't want a bad experience.
