- Diana Drysdale Added October 21, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Such rude customer service, I walk around for 15 minutes trying to get someone to help me, no one offers assistance and many are chatting between colleagues. When I finally get someone to help me, I ask her a question she tells me to come back tomorrow because they’re shutting soon. Well if I hadn’t had such a lack of service from the second I walked in, I would have been an gone and spent my couple hungered dollars. Not going back there tomorrow that’s for sure.

- Preet Added October 05, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience with the women’s shoe department customer assistance was terrible. Is it so hard to receive efficient service for a pair of shoes? When I did receive a helping hand, pair sizes in 5 & 6 were conveniently sold out in 5 different shoes + styles asked for. Nor did the lady ever look up in the database to find other store locations, new shipment/arrival dates, etc. Very frustrating.

since I was a child in the 1950's. I have always shopped at DJ's since the Toowong store opened in the 1980's. I am very disappointed with the quality of the clothes
in particular. - Alex Savin Added August 21, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great selection of clothes, cosmetic brands, parfums, appliances and kitchenware. Also a choice of toys and bed and bathroom goods available. I usually buy presents here for Christmas and birthdays. There are always store assistants available to help.
